Career management allows an organization to match individual employees’ objectives with present and future requirements. They workforce will be willing, ready, and able to transition into the roles that the organization requires. Career management is the lifelong process of allocating resources to achieve long-term career objectives. It’s a never-ending process that helps you adjust to the shifting needs of our fast-paced market.(Oglethorpe, 2011).

2. Preparation of personnel inventory of current and anticipated Manpower resources

An inventory of manpower resources is extremely helpful to an organization in detecting personnel shortcomings and, as a result, organizing management development programs.

3. Career Planning and Development

Career planning and development is a never-ending process of learning from your mistakes and progressing in life.

The purpose of career management and planning is to achieve the desired results in our careers, which will have a positive impact on our lives. We can plan ahead of time and preserve some control over the predicted consequences via career management.

You have complete control over your working environment and the tasks you must perform. When you have a good career management on your side, you are superior. Career management is a valuable instrument in our professional lives that assists us in achieving our personal and professional objectives. We can confidently make the proper judgments and stay on track with hard work.(Joyce, 2021).
